The Edinburgh Crystal Visitor Centre is located just two minutes from A701, 702, 703 and 10 minutes from the Edinburgh bypass. From the bypass, take the A701 to Penicuik.

Lothian Buses run two services to Penicuik:

The 37/37A services run every 15 minutes Monday to Friday and every 30 minutes on weekends. City bus stations are situated along George Street, Princes Street and North Bridge.

The 15 service runs every 15 minutes Monday to Friday and every 30 minutes on Saturdays. City bus stations are located on St Andrew’s Square, Lothian Road and Morningside.
